The Küssnacht facility, located in the Canton Schwyz in Switzerland, specializes in the production of diagnostics disposables and inhalers.

Service range and specialties:
The production of laboratory disposables such as cuvettes and consumables for analysis systems often reaches output rates in the multi-million range. Therefore, the production site is equipped to meet the most exacting quality and hygiene requirements even at high output rates.

Facts and figures:
Of a total production area of more than 3,700 sqm, we set aside 2,900 sqm for ISO class 8 clean room (100,000) production and 800 sqm have been designated as controlled areas. The highly automated production with 39 injection molding machines and 15 assembly systems runs 24/7.

Certification:
The facility is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 13485:2003 & AC2009 and passed an FDA inspection of the production of a medical product (Type 3) with direct blood contact without any observations.
