Established in 1993, the 1,900 sqm production facility in Peachtree City near Atlanta/USA set aside 800 sqm for ISO class 8 clean-room production and 800 sqm of controlled areas. Customized inhalers, cuvettes, test cards for microbiological test systems and disposables for invasive systems are produced on twenty-eight injection molding machines. The facility is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 13485:2003 and is distinguished by its own mold service, a mold trial department with injection molding machines, analysis laboratories and multi-functional laboratories. The facility operates with state-of-the-art production technology such as turning stack mold technology for inhaler production.
