Our Indaiatuba production facility, which is situated in São Paulo, about 100 km to the north-west of the regional capital, specializes in the production of components for insulin pens. The facility has a production area of 3,700 sqm, 1.500 sqm are set aside for controlled areas to ISO class 9. At the planned official production kick-off in May/June 2010, an initial number of 14 injection molding machines will start operation. After the planned expansion stages, a final number of 25 machines will be operated. The production concept integrates laser and offset printing systems: inline connection allows injection molding machines, laser or printing systems in the controlled areas to run in a completely synchronized and highly efficient process. The establishment of a mold service for on-site maintenance and repair is planned for the near future.

The plant is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 13485:2003.
