
Uwe Röhrhoff has been with Gerresheimer since 1991. He initially headed the Group Controlling of the Moulded Glass Division before moving in 1996 to the American subsidiary, where he was responsible for the American plants. In 1998 he took over the management of the Moulded Glass Division on an international level before assuming responsibility for the whole worldwide glass business in 2001. At the same time he became CEO of the American subsidiary Gerresheimer Glass Inc. In 2003, Röhrhoff was appointed to the Management Board of the Gerresheimer Group. Since its restructuring at the start of 2007 he has been responsible for the Moulded Glass Division and the Life Science Research Division. In 2010 he has become CEO of Gerresheimer AG. He continues to be responsible for the Moulded Glass Division. Röhrhoff started his career in the finance department of Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH. He holds a business studies degree from the University of Cologne.

Rainer Beaujean joined the Gerresheimer AG Management Board in December 2012. He took on the role of Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2013. Rainer Beaujean was Chief Financial Officer at Elster Group SE until August 2012. From 2007 to the end of 2011 he was Chief Financial Officer at Demag Cranes AG. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, he was Chief Financial Officer and between 2004 and 2006 Chief Executive Officer of T-Online International AG. Rainer Beaujean started out his career in 1995 at Deutsche Telekom AG. He holds a degree in business administration by the university of Saarbrücken.

Stefan Grote joined the Gerresheimer AG Management Board in April 2012 with responsibility for the Tubular Glass and Life Science Research Divisions. He started out his career at Procter&Gamble, where between 1994 and 2005 he held various sales and marketing positions and was ultimately appointed to the company’s Management Board. From 2005 to 2007 Stefan Grote was Head of the Industry Division at the Nordmilch industrial dairy. Between 2007 and 2012 he was a member of the Executive Board of Tesa SE, a subsidiary of Beiersdorf AG, where he headed the Consumer Division from 2007onwards. Stefan Grote holds a degree in business administration which he gained at Bremen University of Applied Sciences.

Andreas Schütte joined the Gerresheimer Group in 2009 as a member of the Management Board, and is responsible for the Plastic Systems Division. Schütte was formerly CEO of the Siteco Group. He started his management career in 1991 in the aluminum industry. With the then VAW Aluminium AG he was successively responsible for various international business fields; on integration of the company in the Norwegian concern Hydro Aluminium ASA in 2002 he took over the globally organized Rolled Products Division as a member of this company's Management Board. His move to the head of Siteco management followed in 2005. Before commencing his industrial career, Schütte initially studied mechanical engineering in Hannover for his engineering degree. In Phoenix (Arizona/USA) he qualified as a Master of Business Administration.
