Annual Document

On July 1, 2005 the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapier- prospektgesetz) became effective and it was last adjusted by law on December 19, 2008.

Pursuant to section 10 (1) of this act, listed companies are obliged to publish a document once a year that contains or references all information that the company has published or made publicly available according to legal requirements in the past twelve months.
