Data protection
Your personal data are stored and processed in accordance with the German data protection regulations, particularly the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG).

Data security
Your entries in the Gerresheimer Career Centre are treated in strict confidence and encoded during electronic transmission.

Data use
Your personal data are recorded, processed and used only for the purpose of handling the application. In the application process your contact data are recorded. These data will be used only for making contact regarding your application.

Data processing
Your application is passed on to the responsible personnel officer, who will process your documents as quickly as possible.

2 Utilisation provisions

Duties
The user undertakes to use the Gerresheimer Career Centre, the online Application Form and the Job Market in a legally permitted manner and, during use, to refrain from dissemination of any content of relevance under criminal law or infringement of any third-party rights. It is in particular forbidden to disseminate content which places young people in jeopardy or pornographic, extremist or racists content or virus attacks or to abuse the applications in order to attack the security arrangements of a third-party network, host or account.

Message transmission
The user hereby agrees that all messages relating to this user relationship may be sent by e-mail unless another form is required by law.

Responsibility of the user
The user is responsible for any and all content which he/she enters in the Gerresheimer Career Centre and in the online Application Form, e.g. text messages, photos, graphics, data files, links, etc. He/she may not infringe trademarks, copyright, personality rights or any other rights of third parties.

Unauthorised use
The user indemnifies the Gerresheimer AG against all damage incurred by the Gerresheimer AG through unauthorised use of access to the Gerresheimer Career Centre or other actions by the user or third parties to the extent that the user is to blame for this.

Responsibility of the Gerresheimer AG
According to the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz) the Gerresheimer AG is responsible for third-party content only if (1) the Gerresheimer AG is aware of illegal acts or content and, in the event of damage claims, is also aware of the facts or circumstances resulting in such illegal acts or content or (2) the Gerresheimer AG does not promptly take action to remove the content or block access to it as soon as it becomes aware of such content.

Deletion
The Gerresheimer AG is entitled to remove from the applications any illegal content (e.g. content which infringes legal or official prohibitions or common decency) without prior warning to the user. In addition, the Gerresheimer AG reserves the right in such cases to declare a temporary or unlimited utilisation ban. The user will be promptly notified about any such measure. It will not give any grounds for the user to claim compensation for damages.

Criminal prosecution
If the Gerresheimer AG becomes aware of illegal action by the user or is informed by a third party about presumed illegal action, it may within the provisions of the law pass on the personal data to the appropriate law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities.
