In order to meet the challenges we are faced with due to global competition now and in the future, Gerresheimer makes targeted investment in further training and qualifications. We place particular importance on the professional development of competencies – at all levels – consistently and continuously, from initial job training through to executive development.
We develop our management staff from within our own ranks
We have formulated an Education & Development Program for the development of our executives and junior management. We intend to occupy key positions primarily with successors from within our own ranks. The development opportunities for specialists and executives at the Gerresheimer Group are solely related to performance and capability. Obtaining and developing successor candidates is one of the core tasks of executives. Human resources development and further training secure the future

The human-resources and training departments at the Gerresheimer sites at home and abroad therefore offer their staff a wide range of courses, from specialist apprenticeships through to individual executive training.

We now have production facilities at 42 sites in Europe, the Americas and Asia. This results in new challenges in terms of international collaboration, knowledge management and working in networked structures. This requires open-minded executives and specialists. The targeted exchange of personnel between the companies of the Group therefore has high priority at Gerresheimer.
