With more than fifteen years' experience and an annual output of more than 100 million inhalers, Gerresheimer's Medical Plastic Systems Pharma segment is a highly qualified supplier of inhalation products.

For patient-friendly drug delivery systems an even output volume is as important as precise metering, easy handling and functional reliability. In cooperation with our customers we develop and produce the entire inhaler product range: powder inhalers, capsule inhalers and nebulizers.

Simultaneous engineering is the basis for a fast product time to market. For this purpose we have for example set up a pharmaceutical laboratory for analytics to accompany the development. Full service covers everything from conception of the device right through to complete documentation as the basis for licensing of the product.

As a full service provider, we provide end-to-end documentation such as Device Master Files, which, at a later stage, will provide the basic information for product approval.
