The project planning/control department is responsible for project scheduling and schedule tracking. This way, we ensure that the required capacities are available in the pilot plant, in the mold making department and in the special machinery engineering department. It goes without saying that we strictly adhere to deadlines, agreements and contracts.

Our project management team at the TCC in Wackersdorf schedules and initializes orders from all over the world and guarantees project processing with optimum cost management and strict adherence to deadlines.
Experienced project managers control international resource planning and coordinate the deployment of project leaders to international sites. As integral members of the company, the individual project teams include experienced experts from our quality management and quality planning departments. This way, we ensure that your product requirements are implemented according to internal production specifications.
