Gerresheimer offers roll-on bottles made of moulded glass for fragrances and perfume. The bottles are available in different glass colors like flint and amber since our production facilities cover several lines for feeder decoration. PCR glass is available on request.
The glass machines used for the roll-on bottle production provide the option to produce the products with a single, double or triple gob. The blow blow moulding process is applied for that.

Whether your product is perfume or cosmetics, with a great love of detail and practically every option for creative concept development and glass design, we are experts in customized mould development within our in-house mould shops.
Roll-on bottles can be used for fragrance products like eau de parfum, eau de toilette, aftershave or eau de Cologne. Based on our customers’ expectations the bottles can be finished individually to become distinctive and expressive. Within Gerresheimer we offer the following finishing options: one- and multi-color screen printing (organic, ceramic and UV inks), tampo printing (also on the bottle base), one-color and multi-color spraying, acid etching, hot foil stamping, neck finish sealing (thermosealing) and fire polishing.
Finally just as much as the color and finishing, the closure must be individually matched to the packaging design of the roll-on glass bottles. In case of special requirements we are happy to act as mediator in the choice of suppliers.
