Sales Manager

Job Description

Main tasks

  • Overall responsible for all activities in Sales in Spain
  • Ensure that the strategic and operational tasks are established and will be achieved in his area – Spain
  • Overall responsible for maintaining and attracting employees to develop the market and ensure full market coverage by coaching and leadership
  • Ensure aggressive and visible marketing to support a strong sales group

Area of responsibility

Sales strategy

  • Overall responsible for implementing and following-up sales strategy in Spain
  • Responsible for the budget and the strategic plan within Spain

Sales

  • Responsibility for activities within PPP Sales Spain
  • Overall responsibility for business development within Spain
  • Responsible of top and KAM customers in Spain
  • Responsible of detecting and gaining market opportunities for PPP

Marketing

  • Establishment of a strong PPP branding profile in Spain
  • Visualization and updating of business environment in Spain

Tools and conceptual development

  • Participate in group process and tool development in and/or on behalf of Spain

General Management

  • Optimum cooperation in between sales and remaining organization
  • Optimum cooperation between Spain and other BUs

Process Development

  • Ensure establishment and development of the most efficient and competitive sales processes within Spain

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, engineering or similar.
  • Preferable, Master in commercial management
  • Experience in Pharma market in Spain; prefereable, Spain PET syrups market, solid containers and ophthalmic products, knowledge and experience
  • Foreign languages:
  • Spanish- fluent
  • English- fluent
