Job Description
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections according to the test plan, excluding large-scale measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines or Zwick testing machines.
Perform product-specific measurements, such as particle analysis, to verify quality standards.
Carry out special measurements on components and assemblies as per defined specifications.
Approve production orders, such as batch start-ups, by verifying quality control parameters.
Validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Respond promptly to deviations in accordance with internal processes and protocols.
Support measurement system analyses to maintain accuracy and consistency in quality assessments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S practices, to optimize workflows and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Ensure strict adherence to applicable standards, operating procedures (SOPs), and internal regulations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to quality, the ability to identify and respond to deviations, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience working with EDP/IT systems, including MES.
Solid understanding of relevant Quality Management (QM) guidelines and standards.
Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement technologies.
Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, including product and process workflows.
