El Ingeniero de Procesos RTF es responsable de optimizar los procesos de producción en el área de Cuarto Limpio mediante el análisis de métodos existentes y técnicas Lean Manufacturing. Se encarga de diseñar proyectos de mejora, liderar auditorías de procesos, ejecutar análisis de tiempos y movimientos, e implementar nuevos procesos y productos. También analiza reclamos de clientes, realiza estudios de factibilidad, desarrolla procedimientos estándar y proporciona información clave para la toma de decisiones operativas y estratégicas que aseguren el cumplimiento de especificaciones del cliente.

Requisitos

Formación: Licenciatura concluida (preferente Maestría)
Experiencia: 3-6 años en mejora continua, producción, calidad y Six Sigma
Conocimientos: Buenas prácticas de manufactura, normas ISO (13485/9001/15378), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, manejo de proyectos, SAP y Minitab
Competencias: Liderazgo, orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo y alta disciplina
Inglés intermedio-avanzado
