Objetivo Principal

Liderar proyectos de adquisición de tecnología (nueva maquinaria, sistemas de visión y automatización)
Crear ingeniería para el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías internamente en planta

Funciones Clave

Analizar tecnologías del mercado para adquirir la más adecuada
Realizar ingenierías internas para desarrollo de tecnología
Planear implementación de maquinaria o tecnología adquirida
Gestionar recursos (materiales, económicos y humanos)
Implementar sistemas y validar su ejecución en tiempo y forma
Gestionar capacitación del personal para nuevas tecnologías
Supervisar a proveedores en instalaciones
Dar soporte técnico post-implementación
Generar semillero de personal a través de becarios

Requisitos

Licenciatura o Ingeniería Electrónica, de automatización, instrumentación electrónica, etc.
Proyectos de ingeniería, sistemas de visión, automatización, electrónica/mecánica, gestión de personal/proveedores y presupuestos.
Inglés avanzado.
PLCs, sistemas de visión (Cognex, Keyence), AutoCAD, Lean Six Sigma, MS Project
Integridad, adaptabilidad, planificación, credibilidad técnica, trabajo en equipo, negociación y liderazgo
