Health Economics Lead Digital Health (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • This role will focus on establishing new quantitative health economic and value based business models as well as reimbursement strategies for our innovative new Digital Therapeutic Solutions
  • You will decisively contribute to the visions of our different digital health offerings and take the responsibility for establishing the commercial value strategies including internal innovations as well as inorganic growth activities/M&A.
  • While partnering with the digital disease leads you will assume the responsibility that the go-to-market and value strategy contributes to the definition of the disease specific digital therapeutic solution
  • You will lead the commercial aspects (evidence, health economic evaluations, pricing, stakeholder engagement) of digital health projects from the initial idea through executing the reimbursement and health economic strategies to secure commercially successful product launches
  • You continuously track the latest trends in the field of payer regulations as well as the needs of all payer types across the major markets
  • You lead assessments of commercial opportunities through understanding key stakeholder needs, competitive environment, and differentiation opportunities in close collaboration with disease leads
  • As part of a new digital health innovation team, you bring an out-of-the-box thinking, hands-on mentality and the pleasure to build something from scratch
  • By taking the lead in your field of expertise, you inspire not only the innovation team but also the entire company

Qualifikationen

  • University degree in health economics, finance/economics
  • Minimum 4+ years of HEOR experience with solid track record in developing Market Access strategies on a global level, covering pricing and reimbursement
  • Intrinsic passion for transforming healthcare by making use of novel technologies to improve disease management and patient care
  • Self-starting teammate with a problem-solving attitude and structured approach to work in complex fast changing environments

You are fluent in English and preferably in German
