Requirements Engineer Digital Health (m/f/d)

Job Description

  • Assume responsibility for the entire requirements gathering process including the definition of standards and methods
  • You will work closely with our digital strategy / disease leads and support them on requirements gathering, documentation and consolidation
  • From required functionalities, you create epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that form the basis for development
  • You are the interface between business and the development teams and participate in the agile development process
  • Develop user interaction concepts and specifications based on standard usability engineering methodologies
  • Review requirements and product design specifications from a user’s viewpoint
  • You connect different departments and stakeholders across different disciplines and Gerresheimer Business Units
  • You support the VP Digitalization & New Business Models on ad-hoc tasks 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in agile Requirements Engineering or Human Factors for medical devices
  • Knowledge of global usability/requirements standards and processes for medical devices
  • Experience in quantitative business plan creation is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and you have the ability to collaborate between points of views
  • You enjoy working on multiple projects in parallel
