Job Description
Operational controlling of financial key figures and non-financial influencing variables; Advising the site management on economic issues to achieve short-, medium- and long-term location goals.
- Independent preparation of the budget, forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually) and long-range planning.
- Coordination of company financial analysis comments, project analysis, cost management.
- Support decision making process through analysis and reporting around key business drivers, including revenue, cash, gross margin, expense, capital expenditures and inventory.
- Key Performance Indicator reporting analysis.
- Assist in financial and internal audits. Ensure department readiness for annual external audits.
Qualifications
BA or BS in Finance or Accounting with 10 years of progressive experience in a Finance role.
Previous Finance or Accounting role within a plant environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent knowledge in the following areas: accounting, financial and investment planning, profitability calculation, cost structure analyses, reporting and business intelligence.
- Basic technical understanding to evaluate the value chain, opportunities for influence, etc.
- Basic knowledge in the areas of project management, risk analysis and personnel controlling.
