HR Administrator

Job Description

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Macedonian legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

Responsible for maintaining employee HR files and ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation

Support the plant of the regular reports, other management information and ad hoc reporting requests

Driving continuous improvement and look for opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and automation of the processes

Independently manage the HR training systems

Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills and develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen

Monitor the quality and effectiveness of personnel development measures; if necessary, initiate measures for improvement

Conducting onboarding plans and performing training for new hires

Preparation of  welcome packs for new hires

Scheduling and monitoring appointments as part of HR processes

Support for managers and HR department with administrative tasks

Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.

Conduct plant orientation with the new hires

Perform other duties as assigned


  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role 
  • Knowledge of Macedonian Labour Law and practices
  • Previous experience of producing reports and excellent excel skills with the ability to work with data, highly numerate.
  • Proactive self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication and administrative skills
  • People person with great focus on being helpful and approachable
  • Excellent spoken and written English
