Job Description
- Operation and monitoring of production processes for the manufacture of specification-compliant assemblies or finished products
- Start-up when changing orders according to appropriate specifications (includes, among other things, ensuring line clearance and testing the test stations with validation parts / challenge parts)
- Filling of the production facilities with individual parts and replacement of trays and trays according to specifications
- Inspection lots and visual inspections of the parts according to specifications
- Professional system status entry at the production terminals according to specifications
- Independent implementation of conversion processes of the production plants in the event of variant changes in accordance with the instructions of superiors and operational specifications.
- Execution of production documentation according to instructions and specifications (includes, among other things, the documentation of batch changes, obtaining approval, quantity entry in the (MES) as well as the documentation of validations and revisions)
- Cleaning activities within the work area (machine, handling, other. Equipment and environment)
- Handling of bad parts on the machines according to instructions from superiors
- Continuous improvement in the production process
- Support of ongoing production according to specifications and instructions
Qualifications
- Knowledge as it was acquired in the context of at least 2 years of training (e.g. as a machine and plant operator or cf.) or knowledge which is imparted through many years of professional experience / a training phase lasting several weeks.
