Process Engineer Automation

Job Description

 

  • Independently handle tool qualification and sampling documentation for smooth production start-up.
  • Conduct systematic tool sampling internally and with external partners.
  • Perform function sampling and determine key process parameters.
  • Solve problems and optimize automation tasks.
  • Execute qualification runs and update documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments and locations, providing process engineering expertise.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in automation control and process testing with technical training.
  • Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and plastic processing.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (MES, SAP, MS Office).
  • Proficient in English, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and intercultural skills.
