Job Description
- Implement, maintain, and optimize QC-related measurement systems and methods.
- Oversee and ensure the functionality of measurement equipment used in the facility.
- Independently program test systems and measuring devices (e.g., coordinate measuring machines, function/force testing devices).
- Qualify both automated and non-automated test equipment through measurement system analyses.
- Develop and optimize new measurement methods.
- Implement new measuring systems and technologies.
- Develop concepts and assist in creating test records.
- Support the harmonization of measurement methods and test equipment with customers and other internal plants.
- Provide technical support for measurement tasks in related areas.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training, supplemented by advanced training as a technician or master craftsman.
- Specialized knowledge in measurement technology (e.g., Aukom) and a basic understanding of quality management.
- 3-4 years of experience in using test methods and measurement technology.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT/EDP (especially Office programs, MES, statistical software, and programming languages).
- 1-2 years of experience in interpreting technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including products and production workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and reliability.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical reports.
- Proficiency in knowledge transfer, including mediation and teaching.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
