Responsável pela gestão do programa de treinamento e desenvolvimento de todos os colaboradores; Analisar níveis adequados de remuneração para contratação e aperfeiçoamento pessoal da empresa;  Análise e reporte mensal dos indicadores da área; Garantir o cumprimento da Lei de Cotas na organização; Gerir procedimentos da área de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento com foco nas auditorias internas e externas.

Qualificações

  • Superior Completo em: Psicologia; Gestão em Recursos Humanos, Administração Geral ou Afins;
  • Excel avançado;
