Job Description
Focus:
Primarily supports Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email, collaboration tools, and document management.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for Microsoft 365 applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Azure Active Directory for user and group management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
- Understanding of compliance and security in Microsoft 365.
