Eléments de rémunération : Salaire de base, prime d’assiduité mensuelle, gratification annuelle (13e mois réparti en juin et décembre à partir de 8 mois d’ancienneté), primes de production, 39h hebdomadaires donnant droit à 11 jours de RTT par an, prime de transport, mutuelle de groupe familiale, prévoyance, comité d’entreprise.
