Job Description
Independent mechanical installation, commissioning and repair of production and facility equipment /systems, including the necessary department documentation work.
Independent mechanical equipment/system installations
Independent troubleshooting of mechanical systems, testing of machines and documentation
Support for qualification releases (e.g. FAT, MSA, KO release)
Independent creation/change of relevant machine documentation
Cooperation in the defined project teams
Support for acceptance runs internally and at the customer, as well as carrying out training courses
Active support of the plants in optimizing production facilities
Contribution of ideas and their implementation in the area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge as acquired during a 3-year technical apprenticeship (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician) and expanded through relevant advanced training on installation and maintenance of equipment(master craftsman, technician or comparable)
- Specification and implementation of mechanical systems
- Construction, assembly and commissioning of special machines and systems
- Maintenance and repair of our facilities
- Good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint)
- Skills to identify and express risks
- Complexity of required communication
- Problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Framework conditions and instructions the job is bound to regarding solving upcoming problems
- Macedonian: business fluent (required), English good (required), erman skills would be an advantage
- Ability to transfer expertise to new situations
- Decision- making ability
- Stable and strong personality
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally utilizing networking and exchanging best practices
- Possesses intercultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to work collaboratively an international business environment
- Team player, Proactive, Well motivated
- Willingness to international business travel within the first month of the employment as on boarding will be mainly in our facilities in Germany and the Czech Republic for at least three month
- Employment will be with our company in the Republic of North Macedonia
