As a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer, you will contribute to our mission to provide a state-of-the-art digital workplace experience by providing a timely and high-quality support experience for our global workforce. Your daily tasks will consist of, but not limited to:

- Providing second level support for our Microsoft 365 platform trough ServiceNow

- Being the go-to person for our 1st level support teams and assisting them in providing a high quality and timely support experience

- Doing basic administrative tasks, such as on- and offboarding of user accounts, managing distribution groups or shared mailboxes and permission management

- Managing Windows 10 clients using Microsoft Intune, especially packaging and rolling out software and ensuring that clients are healthy and up to date.

Qualifications

Apprenticeship in IT administration or similar subject with at least 2 years’ experience in a support or administration function

- Strong experience in supporting the Microsoft 365 platform, especially Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online

- Experience in supporting and administering Windows 10 clients using Microsoft Intune

- Experience in supporting iOS and Android devices

- Experience in administering Active Directory

- Experience in PowerShell is a plus

- Customer-centric and solution-focused mindset

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Fluent English skills in speaking and writing

- German skills are a plus
