Job Description
- Project manager for introduction of new projects from the technology centre / transfer of existing projects from the sister sites / Customers.
- The same incorporates coordination of all activities related to transfer of existing and or buying of new equipment, buying and transfer of raw materials, transfer of knowledge and respective work instructions, etc
- Preparation and update of project management reports and action list.
- Maintain regular communication with Customers, Gerresheimer management and project team.
- Main contact for defined Customers during series production for all technical issues and all other technical and quality topics
- Independent management of change requests
- Coordination of the improvement activities regarding the manufacturing processes
- Participation / leading of Customer audits
Qualifications
- University degree from technical universities.
- Extensive experience in Customer relationship management in a technical / quality environment.
- Very good verbal and written English language skills. Very good verbal and written German language skills shall be considered as advantage.
- Strong communication skills, team player, proactiveness, easily adaptable to changes.
- Several years of experience in validation of products, transfer / introduction of projects and equipment shall be considered as advantage
- Relevant experience in manufacturing area
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, MES, SAP etc
- Very good understanding of the creation of technical reports (executive summary)
- Very good moderation and presentation skills
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good project and process management skills
- Basic knowledge in the area of problem-solving methods
