Plant Supplier Quality Manager

Job Description

Manage defined suppliers in quality-relevant topic
Support global Supplier Quality Management (i.e. Material Compliance requests)
Start and coordinate global supplier qualifications and changes
Process complaints as well as coordination and tracking of corrective actions
Foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Conduct supplier audits, as well as participation in internal audits
Perform supplier evaluations for the local supplier base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supplier improvements
Managing the supplier scorecard and implementing improvements based on the data

Qualifications

Preferably Bachelor degree, relevant professional experience in Quality Management, with Auditor certification or equivalent qualification
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Proactive mindset and willingness to take on challenges
Ideally, experience in Supplier Management
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Excellent team player with hands-on mentality and structured, solution-oriented working style
Flexibility and resilience
Confident demeanor
Independent, proactive way of working and flexibility
Proficient in IT applications
Macedonian: business fluent (required), English fluent (required), German skills would be an advantage
