Plant Supplier Quality Manager

Job Description

  • Manage defined suppliers in quality-relevant topic
  • Support global Supplier Quality Management (i.e. Material Compliance requests)
  • Start and coordinate global supplier qualifications and changes
  • Process complaints as well as coordination and tracking of corrective actions
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct supplier audits, as well as participation in internal audits
  • Perform supplier evaluations for the local supplier base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supplier improvements
  • Managing the supplier scorecard and implementing improvements based on the data

Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor degree, relevant professional experience in Quality Management, with Auditor certification or equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take on challenges
  • Ideally, experience in Supplier Management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent team player with hands-on mentality and structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Confident demeanor
  • Independent, proactive way of working and flexibility
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Macedonian: business fluent (required), English fluent (required), German skills would be an advantage
