Düsseldorf, June 02, 2021. With 81 percent approval in the Employee Engagement Index on a worldwide pulse survey, Gerresheimer was honored as one of three employers by Effectory in May. This is a reason to celebrate, because this award shows that Gerresheimer as an employer is on the right track with its HR strategy.
"We are very pleased with this great result. I would like to thank all employees who took part in our survey and thus contributed with their opinion," says Alexander Eckert, Global Senior Vice President Human Resources. Gerresheimer received this award for its exceptional Employee Engagement Index with 81% approval in its global pulse survey. Gerresheimer accepted the award at a formal awards ceremony, which took place virtually, together with the Iceland Air Group and the Dutch insurance company a.s.r.
What is a Pulse Check?
A Pulse Check is used to measure employee satisfaction or motivation on an ad hoc basis - the "pulse" of the company is to be captured. To provide meaningful insights quickly, the questionnaires usually comprise no more than ten items (questions and statements). Some companies conduct pulse surveys repeatedly so that they can review the results over time and derive concrete optimization measures.
