To support efficiency and transparency in quality processes we offer digital transfer of customized batch quality data and electronic Certificate of Analysis (eCoA) or Certificate of Conformity (eCoC) for our primary packaging directly to pharma customers. This streamlines production steps by eliminating the need for incoming batch inspection. By applying data analytics future batch quality can be predicted and optimized.
Data-driven quality control with Gx® eBatch
During manufacturing, Gerresheimer inspects and verifies each individual primary packaging unit in a batch. This quality data is stored digitally in the cloud and can be securely transferred directly into a customer system. By providing complete, verified digital quality data, Gx® eBatch eliminates incoming quality inspections, allowing immediate transfer to filling or assembly lines.
Data-driven quality certificate management
Either as part of the Gx eBatch set-up or independently, we can also provide access to Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or Certificate of Conformity (CoC). This can be provided as PDF or converted into the customer’s preferred machine-readable data format, transferred and accessed via API.
