Gerresheimer offers permanent positions to all ex-apprentices

Düsseldorf, August 25, 2011 – At the beginning of the new training year, Gerresheimer AG's new intake of apprentices aren’t the only young people at the company who are looking forward to getting started.  So are the apprentices who passed their examinations in summer because Gerresheimer’s policy of offering permanent positions to practically all apprentices guarantees them direct career access.

Gerresheimer AG’s production plants in Bünde, Essen, Lohr, Pfreimd, Tettau and Wackersdorf are currently training around 180 young apprentices in occupations such as industrial business management assistant, electronics technician and mechanic. This year, some 50 young people successfully completed their apprenticeship and have now been offered permanent positions with the company. As in previous years, it is clear that Gerresheimer AG is committed to providing targeted apprenticeship programs so that it can continue to employ the apprentices when they have completed their training.
