Job Description

Close Co-ordination with sales and plant team
Reporting to Head- SCM
Planning of production based on receive PO
Calculating material requirement against PO (MRP) and procurement request to purchase for raw material and packing material. Like, Tubing, trays, box and pallets as per costumer requirement.
Making BOM and Routing in SAP system
Create batch plannings and Share to all concern department.
Daily share Production Planning sheet to Sales and Production team
Ensuring production processes and procedure are followed.
Forecast based on production capacity planning plans on machines and monitoring SVOP
To support production team and avoid more job changes and improve productivity, reduce the job change time & reduce scrap rate.
Preparation for upcoming ISO and customer audits.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform all duties in a safe manner.
Performs tasks in a professional manner using strong communications skills.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Com
