Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from different stakeholders, and market research.
  • Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and prioritized and alignment with the product strategy.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications to guide the development team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital leads, UX/UI designers, developers and QA to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in the development process.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a product management or product owner role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to define and prioritize product requirements based on business value and user needs.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with software development or technical background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
  • Experience in development of medical software.
