Job Description

Job Summary:  The Senior HR Generalist will be a key player in supporting and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a versatile HR professional with a broad knowledge base covering multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate ongoing employee training and development programs.
  • Manage HR records and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of [5-7] years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent English skills
