Expert Hygiene

Job Description

 

  • Independent cleanroom monitoring:
    • Execution and documentation of the required tests (e.g. particles)
    • Review of the collected data (e.g. temperature,  pressure, humidity)
    • Dispatch of samples for external testing and review of results
  • Definition of  pest control   measures and monitoring
  • Definition of the cleaning concept
  • Technical support of the departments with regard to hygiene
  • Contact person for customers with regard to hygiene (e.g. in the context of audits)
  • Creation and processing of blocking certificates Hygiene
  •  Carry out special measurements  (e.g. in case of abnormalities)
  • Support in the event of  external complaints (e.g. Carry out  follow-up measurements)
  •  Create and maintain hygiene documentation globally (hygiene layout, etc.)
  • Definition and review of the measures necessary from a quality point of view in  the context of changes affecting the cleanroom
  • Release of cleanroom items (overalls,  disinfectants and cleaning agents,  gloves, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge, as required in the context of at least 3 years of training in a laboratory environment (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Food technology) and extended by at least three years of professional experience in a comparable function. 
  • Good knowledge of  hygiene monitoring and the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Safe handling of measuring equipment and systems for  hygiene monitoring
  • Knowledge of quality management and the relevant QM guidelines
  • Good knowledge in the field of quality management systems
  • Good IT user skills (e.g., MES / SAP, MS-Office)
  • Motivation to perform and design
  • Action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility
  • Sociability and team orientation
  • Emotional stability, resilience and self-confidence
  • Communication skills in the context of an expert role
