Sales Analyst

Job Description

The Sales Analyst will support Business Unit Controlling and the Sales team by collecting and analyzing data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports for Primary Packaging Glass, Americas. This role reports directly to the Commercial Controller.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or finance preferred
• Min. 1-2 years related experience
• Advanced ERP (preferably SAP)
• Advanced Excel (must know Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

Additional Information

• Support monthly sales reporting
• Preparation of sales review meetings
• Support sales budgets and forecasts as well as and strategic planning, incl. deviation analysis, change control and preparation of sales presentations
• Monitor sales performance, sales activities and the development of the sales pipeline
• Track and analyze order book development
• Support enhancement of CRM and implementation of other tools to improve accuracy of sales planning and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales team, Customer Service, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain
• Drive financial analysis, product costing, sales quotation processes, and financial evaluation of sales contracts
• Continuous improvement: continually evaluating the processes in place and be a driver for improvements
