El Jefe de Mantenimiento RTF es responsable de gestionar integralmente los sistemas y equipos críticos de producción. Su labor abarca desde la coordinación de programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo hasta la supervisión directa de sistemas como agua purificada, vapor limpio y aire comprimido, siempre bajo estrictos estándares de calidad y EHS. Debe liderar un equipo de mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, implementar estrategias de mejora continua y reducción de desperdicios, y garantizar la confiabilidad y eficiencia operativa de los equipos. Su rol implica una constante comunicación con niveles superiores, resolución proactiva de problemas y un compromiso con la excelencia operacional en un entorno de alta precisión y regulación como el farmacéutico.

Requisitos

Formación: Licenciatura concluida (deseable Maestría)
Experiencia: 3 a 6 años en Producción Farmacéutica a nivel Jefatura
Conocimientos clave:
- Buenas prácticas de Manufactura
- Normativas ISO y GMP
- Conceptos de OEE, MTTF, MTBF
- Manejo de SAP y MS Office
