Job Description
- Lead and develops administrative duties for Infinity software, including installing Infinity and setting up the path to the licenses to new computers.
- Provides daily oversight of the Quality Assurance Lab & Floor Inspectors Office measuring equipment.
- Validates and approves new measurement equipment, to include establishing all validation steps and Gauge R&R.
- Works with IT on any software upgrades, understanding and knowing what software is being used in relation to auxiliary devices.
- Ensures Quality Control Plans are accurate for the associated product line.
- Verifies all drawings located in Product Center are accurate to molded part being manufactured.
- Identifies appropriate Quality Assurance checks to be completed, dimensions, measurement of parts, frequency and the appropriate equipment to use.
- Annually verifies Product Center drawings are being manufactured to specifications assigned in Infinity and confirms drawings against mold.
- Supports the development of materials and works closely with Centor Supply Chain manager at the Perrysburg site.
- Issue new mold procedure forms to Mold Shop Manager that include steps to be followed during new mold qualification process.
- Assist PPP cleanroom project and initiatives.
- Performs all measurements and tests for all new molds to verify “final steel cuts” before cuts are made.
- New equipment and gauge validation.
- Conducts special data analysis projects as requested by management.
- Demonstrates behavior that meets Gerresheimer Management System (GMS) Standards.
- Facilitates project completion by recognizing and addressing organizational barriers.
Qualifications
- A four year college degree is desired, preferably in a technical field.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to read and write English.
- Previous experience dealing with customers inside and outside of the facility is a plus.
- Healthcare packaging experience is a plus.
- Minitab experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in plastic resins/materials and regulations a plus.
