This section outlines the remuneration structure and the resulting annual remuneration report resulting from the respective structure for our executives and board members. It includes details of salaries, bonuses and incentives to ensure alignment between executive performance and shareholder value.

The new remuneration system for the members of the Management Board of Gerresheimer AG will be implemented with the financial year beginning December 1, 2021. It was endorsed at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 6, 2021 by a majority of 90,40%.

The current remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Board of Gerresheimer AG has applied since the financial year that began on December 1, 2018. It was confirmed at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 6, 2021 by a majority of 99,97%.
