Small Batch Production Plastics and Glass
Development samples, clinical samples up to small batch production at any project stage
Prior to series production, medical devices run through an exhaustive approval process for which small numbers of units need to be produced repeatedly, for example, as clinical samples, development samples or stability batches. Our Technical Competence Centers (TCC) in Germany and USA offer you their own production systems for this task, on which the quick and uncomplicated production of development samples, clinical samples or small series is possible at any point in the project.
Small Batch Production Plastics
Injection molding of medical devices in clean room ISO class 7 and 8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1
Serial quality from the very start
Identification and optimization of any weaknesses early in the project with the knowledge gained easily transferable to large-scale production at any location you choose.
Uncompromising quality and compliance, combined with maximum flexibility and process efficiency.
Assembly of medical devices in clean room ISO class 7 and 8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1
Equipped with project-specific assembly units.
Manual and semi-automatic assembly.
Sophisticated joining and bonding technologies to ensure high-quality results.
Packaging and Quality Control
The small batch production is equipped with its own measurement laboratory with product-specific test equipment for the optical and tactile evaluation of plastic parts and assembly units.
Small Batch Production Glass
Glass forming and cannula assembly in controlled area
Syringes and cannulas in various formats.
Luer cone, Luer lock and needly syringes.
Our entire production process adheres to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Assembly of cannulas in various formats is conducted in a state-of-the-art class 8 clean room.
Siliconization in clean room class 7 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1
We offer various siliconization options to meet specific product requirements:
Spray siliconization.
Baked-on siliconization: reduces the amount of free silicone oil in glass syringes, making them ideal for packaging sensitive biotechnological medications that could interact with free silicone oil.
RTF processing in clean room ISO class 7
High-quality ready-to-fill syringes and cartridges.
Assembly of various closure systems.
