Technical Competence Center (TCC)
We have three Technical Competence Centers (TCC) in Wackersdorf (Germany), Peachtree City (Georgia, USA), and Dongguan City (China).
Our Technical Competence Centers (TCC) specialize in transferring developed drug delivery systems, diagnostic and medical devices to series production. This includes the development and construction of molds, as well as small-batch production of drug delivery systems, diagnostic and medical devices under ISO- and GMP-compliant cleanroom conditions.
Our customers benefit from the highest product quality, which is ensured by extensive testing of materials, geometry, and function in our quality laboratory.

We have two Centers of Excellence in Bünde (Germany) and Vineland (New Jersey, USA).
Center of Excellence for Syringe Systems – Bünde, Deutschland
Our Center of Excellence in Bünde, Germany, combines innovative strength with a deep industry expertise. It encompasses product and process development for new as well as customized products and sets the standards for excellence in our global syringe production.
Center of Excellence for Tubular Glass – Vineland, USA
Our Center of Excellence in Vineland, USA, is a leader in the development and production of primary pharmaceutical packaging, such as vials and cartridges.
Innovation Center
Innovation Center – Olten, Switzerland
At our Advanced Technologies Innovation Center in Olten, Switzerland, we develop drug delivery devices and digital solutions for pharmaceutical applications.
Our proprietary IP products include, auto-injectors and on-body devices, as well as other digital and device-based solutions.
