Job Description

Ensuring a smooth production process within the shift group according to specifications
First point of contact for operators at the production facilities regarding production-related topics (including assistance with problems and coordination of activities within the work area)
Starting up when an order changes according to the relevant specifications
Visual inspections of parts according to specifications
Execution of production documentation according to instructions and specifications
Cleaning activities within the work area (machine, handling, other equipment and surroundings)
Supportive troubleshooting of the assigned systems as instructed
Treatment of bad parts on the machines according to instructions
Continuous improvement in the production process
Assist in the training of new employees
Support ongoing production according to specifications and instructions

Qualifications

Good knowledge of production processes
At least 3 years of professional experience in production environment
Sound technical understanding and troubleshooting
Understanding of quality
Handling of all relevant safety regulations
Good IT knowledge (e.g. ERP software, MES, MS Office)
English language
Risk identification & presentation
Process management
Action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility
Sociability, resilience and team orientation
