Our goal is to be in the top 25% of companies rated by our Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) by 2028.
Our approach
The ENPS was measured for the first time in 2020 and will continue to be collected once a year as part of our Pulse survey. Our focus is on leadership, engagement and employer attractiveness. Embedding it in the employee survey enables us to understand in which areas of action our activities need to be expanded or adjusted.
From the feedback of our employees, we derive new focus areas for our HR strategy, e.g. to further increase the internal re-employment rate as part of our talent management and to further expand our position as an attractive employer.
