Garantizar la disponibilidad de la maquinaria involucrada en la producción del área de formado, a través de la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y autónomo acorde a los procedimientos y programas de mantenimiento establecidos, así como contribuir al cumplimiento de los KPI’s del área de mantenimiento.

Requisitos

Educación: Técnico en mecatrónica, Ing. electromecánica o afín.
Conocimientos en Mecánica, Neumática, Electrónica, Electricidad, Automatización y control.
Programación de PLC Siemens, programación de drives.
Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos / electrónicos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las 5 S.
Sistema LOTO / CATA.
Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP´s).
Conocimiento de SolidWorks / Autocad y SAP.
Paquetería Office.
Manejo de inventario de refaccionamiento crítico y no crítico.
Cumplimiento del plan anual de mantenimiento (mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo).
Trabajo en equipo, enfoque a resultados.
Disponibilidad de rolar turnos.
