Job Description

As a Specialist Quality Laboratory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our products through rigorous quality control measures. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Laboratory Tests: Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to assess the quality and performance of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
  • Quality Assurance Procedures: Execute and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from laboratory tests, identifying trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot any quality-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory test results, procedures, and findings, adhering to documentation protocols.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation to uphold accuracy and reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes, methodologies, and efficiency.
  • Training and Compliance: Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on quality control procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality Audits: Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in the laboratory environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance among team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a quality control or laboratory environment, preferably within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Commitment to upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement practices.
