Process Technician Assembly

Job Description

Independent optimization of assembly processes using methods (GMS)
Improvement of work processes and organization
Preparation and implementation of workshops
Qualification of assembly systems and peripherals
Independent documentation of all changes
Cause analysis / corrections for repeat errors, complaints etc.
Processing suggestions for improvement
Cooperation with the internal production areas and other interfaces (e.g. injection molding, Quality, TCC / SEC, PCU etc.)
Participate in FMEA`s
Participate in the specifications of machines and peripherals
Supervision of transfer projects according to specifications
Technical contact for production managers, customer facing organization
Depending on the focus of the project: taking over the PLP role * in projects with TCC / SEC

Qualifications

Experience in the production area focused on assembly
Good knowledge of process technology (manual and automated production processes)
IT skills (MES, SAP, MS Office)
Very good technical understanding
Knowledge of quality methods and standards
Analytical thinking behavior
Problem-solving techniques, even under changing conditions
