Process Technician Assembly (m/w/d)

Job Description

Responsibility for the technical condition of the machines on the project
FTA of new production equipment on new project
Repair and maintenance of assembly lines and robots
Ensuring delivery and replacement of spare parts for machines on the project
Managing and charging spare parts to the customer
Optimization of technological processes
Recording service interventions in the MES
Collaboration on the service intervention plan
Supporting external service technicians
Validation parts management
Management of camera systems
Management, backup, recovery of control software + fault diagnostics
Monitoring OEE on equipment and improving it, reporting to management and customer
Monitoring of defects, cooperation on finding corrective measures
Production data analysis and evaluation
Resolving customer complaints (in cooperation with the relevant quality department)
Creating and updating manuals, internal and external documentation
Managing technical documentation for production equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma in a technical field (2 years’ experience with assembly lines)
Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics, sensors
Knowledge in the field of production testing and patterning an advantage experience in validation of assembly machines and equipment an advantage
Active approach to problem solving, fairness, team spirit, responsibility, decisiveness, flexibility
