Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Lead maintenance team: Lead maintenance team in Syringes plant. Take care for preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, ensure stable production, make analysis of most common stoppages and finding solutions for them.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure better performance of plant. Work on improvements, implementation and follow up of Maintenance and Production processes, together with excellence team. Work closely with MDS Maintenance team, and Facility Maintenance team.
• Ensure Product Quality: Monitor and improve quality standards together with Quality team, investigation and problem solving on all quality issues claimed because of equipment, participating in providing root cause and solution for them.
• Provide training and support: Create SOP’s, OPL’s and all needed documentation for normal functioning of the department. Train Maintenance team and improve team abilities and diversity of knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed Technical Faculty (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Work Experience: Preferred at least 3 years work experience in automated production environment. Experience with a leading group of people will be considered as an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding automation lines, functionality of sensors, pneumatic elements, vision control, PLC’s, robotics. Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving will be considered as an advantage.
• Personal Qualifications: Team player, person dedicated to good values and honest approach to the team.
