Job Description
Personnel management with all necessary individual tasks and coordination of the maintenance process on the basis of current specifications and compliance with the relevant key figures to ensure the plan specifications.
Detailed tasks of the function
- Personnel management with all included individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, appraisal of employees, personnel interviews, personnel development, etc.)
- Ensuring the induction, assessment and further development of subordinate employees
- Ensuring the smooth deployment of personnel on the basis of holiday and additional shift planning
- Conducting personnel interviews and sick return interviews
- Carrying out safety briefings at least annually and if necessary
- Carrying out hygiene instructions at least annually and if necessary
- Preparation and review of risk assessments at least annually and if necessary
- Proactive cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.B plant and division management, quality, HR, customers)
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.B Working Time Act, occupational safety)
- Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of internal regulations (e.B company agreements or tariffs)
- Regular implementation of 5S audits and safety inspections
- Support / monitoring of all external companies in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for compliance with all legal requirements in the area of responsibility
- Coordination of service/maintenance orders in the responsible service area
- Carrying out maintenance activities (maintenance, inspection, repair, improvement) on defined equipment/infrastructure facilities at the site. (Manufacturer's information must be taken into account here). If necessary, these activities must also be carried out in areas that are not subject to competence.
- Spare parts management in the area of responsibility
Qualifications
Knowledge acquired as part of a 3-year technical training (e.g. as an electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic) and expanded by means of advanced training to technician or master craftsman (e.g. electrical engineer).
This function requires at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function with management responsibility..
- Very good knowledge and relevant experience in maintenance in the production environment, including key figures and personnel responsibility
- Very good knowledge Maintenance of technical equipment (e.g plants, vending machines, TGA, etc.)
- Good knowledge of personnel management and qualification
- Good knowledge of resource and resource planning
- Good IT user knowledge (e.g ERP, MES, Office) and required specialist knowledge, in the concrete form (basic knowledge, extended knowledge, expert knowledge)
