Job Description
Management and control of the Tool Service department to achieve the planned targets and with continuous further development of all influencing factors (personnel / quality).
- Personnel management with all the individual tasks involved (initiating disciplinary measures, assessing employees, personnel development, etc.)
- Ensuring the induction, assessment and further development of employees by subordinate managers - Long-term planning with regard to personnel, machine capacity, processes, etc. (e.g. OPSP, CAPEX)
- Independently ensuring effective customer communication - Proactive cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. plant management, production, quality, HR, customers) and sister plants -
- Independently plan and implement investments for expansion and optimization - Ensure up-to-date and audit-compliant documentation
- Responsible for continuous improvement (technologies and work organization) and coordination of GMS activities
- Cost center responsibility
- KPI responsibility and ensuring reporting
Qualifications
- Knowledge acquired in the course of at least 3 years of technical (technical) university studies (e.g.
mechanical engineering, production and automation technology) and extended by additional
qualifications in the production and management environment.
- The position requires at least 7 years of experience in a comparable position with personnel and
budget responsibility.
